Swinton Barracks at Perham Down is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Weekend Retail Assistant to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to work over the weekend, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of retail operations. You’ll help support the day-to-day running of the retail facility, ensuring customers receive top-quality service in a clean and well-organized environment.

PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

• 22.5 hours per week
• Saturday: 7:30 till 15:30
• Sunday : 7:30 till 22:30
• £11.73 per hour

  About The Company

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Responsible for selling products and operating the till system
• Communicate efficiently about stock management to you’re line supervisor– from taking deliveries, to replenishing the store and stock rotation
• Champion new ways of working within the store through an open mindset and positive attitude
• Being proactive with supporting offers, promotions and any loyalty schemes
• Carrying out cleaning duties in all aspects of the store and facilities.
• Ability and confidence to challenge customers who look under 25 when buying restricted items
