WEEKEND SALES CONSULTANT - CORBY OFFICE

A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and reliable Sales Consultant to join our fantastic residential sales team in Corby. The ideal candidate will be highly presentable, come from a customer service background, will be a good communicator, and be driven to succeed. Working every Saturday you will need to quickly familiarise yourself with a rapidly and constantly changing portfolio of properties.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE A SUCCESSFUL SALES CONSULTANT

• Preferably an experienced sales person and good communicator
• Able to generate new business
• Delivers outstanding customer service
• Excellent communicator
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

The main purpose of the role is to register applicants, generate and conduct property viewings, following which you will provide detailed feedback to your colleagues and vendor clients. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor and conveyancing team which will earn you additional income.
