As a pivotal member of our welding crew, you’ll assist Welders with the layout, fitting, and welding/installation of custom-fabricated steel, carbon, and stainless steel.
Responsibilities:
- Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.
- Must be able to measure, cut, and prepare metal joints for welding
- Spark watch, grinding and buffing.
- Join pipe sections related to equipment and secure in position.
- Install supports, walkways, and platforms as per specifications.
- Perform other duties as needed.
