Welding Inspector / Penetrant Technician / QC Technician

The ROLE
The successful Welding Inspector / Penetrant Technician / QC Technician will be required to do the following duties:
- Preparation and sign off of project Final Inspection Release Certificates
- Review Vendor manufacturing data
- Reviewing of Inspection and Test Records
- Carry out dimensional, visual, NDE and other inspections
- To provide QC support to all departments.
- To ensure that the Company QHSE Policy is adhered to, actively promoting a healthy, safe and environmentally responsible working environment.
- Reviewing of fabrication drawings and Weld Procedures
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a Welding Inspector with the following background:
- Knowledge of structural steel and pipework fabrication
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and sign off of project Final Inspection Release Certificates
- Review Vendor manufacturing data
- Reviewing of Inspection and Test Records
- Carry out dimensional, visual, NDE and other inspections
