• Process Engineer, with strong background in control/mechanical systems, the working area is in a semiautomated welding processes.
• The Process Technical Engineer main responsibility stablish the welding settings, control and specification for a correct welding process.
• The Process Technical Engineer main responsibility stablish the testing settings, control, and specification for a correct yield performance.
• Job breakdown sheets for mechanical adjusted or special processes
• Job breakdowns Sheets for calibrations processes.
• Obsolescence Projects for new investment/ replacements, this includes the investigation, process capacities, machine specification and capital investment description.
• Engineering validation for new parts due to change of supplier, engineering changes on the parts BOM’s.
• Mechanical fixture repair/ Improvement analysis.
• Mechanical parts/Drawing interpretation.
• Engineering validation for new Machines this include IQ, OQ and PQ.
