Welding Robot Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering
• 2 years experience in Robot Welding Machines
• IWE Qualification
• Knowledge on CNC machine tools and ability to configure CNC machine settings
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, operating manual standard of machineriesCandidate must have knowledge in (offline) Robot programming, Welding processes and welding equipment

• Assesses the requirements formulated in the project specifications and the mechanical design for the robots about the connections of the products to be manufactured.
• Identifies and rectifies issues with internal stakeholder such as Quality Team & Piping Manager, as well as external stakeholders such as subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure and tests all project specifications and requirements are met while considering mechatronic design, the welding process and software parameters
• Optimizes the (welding) process using robots and welding equipment.
• Provides input for standardization of program components and Implements changes to the software when requiredPossess good Software back-up and version management, Recording of parameters settings.
