TECH SKILLS:

• Proven experience in welding (TIG, MIG, MMA)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong knowledge of welding equipment and tools
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control skills

SOFT SKILLS:

• Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Motivated by a sense of purpose and eager to contribute to the company’s mission
