- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Drilling & Well, Subsurface or Operations.
- Bachelor- or master’s degree in an engineering discipline – ideally petroleum engineering.
- Experience within well control/integrity is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Passionate engineers that like working in teams and collaborate across interfaces with Operations, other technical disciplines and Drilling & Well.
- Engineers with good knowledge of IT tools.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
