WELL TESTING OPERATORS

Are you ready to take on a physically and mentally challenging role in the energy sector? Roska Production Testing Division is hiring Well Testing Operators with 1 to 5 years of experience. If you have a strong work ethic, solid people skills, and a commitment to safety, we want you on our team!

PHYSICAL & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must pass pre-employment and pre-access drug and alcohol screenings, as well as background checks.
• A clean driver’s abstract is required.
• Physical fitness is essential, with potential fitness testing.
• Must be willing and able to work away from home for extended periods, typically on a 21-7 rotation.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Ability to remain focused and make decisive decisions under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with well testing software, MS Office, and related computer skills.

  In addition to fulfilling the contract operating needs of oil and gas producing, midstream and pipeline companies, Roska Designs, Builds and Operates well-site facilities, rents equipment and provides Production Testing and flowback services using a company-owned well testing fleet. • Assist the Senior Operator and/or Supervisor by following directions and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Manage the rig up and rig down of all test equipment and indicating instruments according to P&ID standards.
• Gain a deep understanding of Well Testing and support equipment operations.
• Monitor equipment controls and instrumentation, accurately record test data, and verify its quality for engineering and client use.
• Perform preventative maintenance, operate, repair, and maintain surface test equipment, all within safe operating parameters.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
