Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Wellbeing and Inclusion Coordinator, your passion will drive the promotion of established wellbeing and inclusion initiatives. This rare 14-month maternity backfill opportunity offers a fantastic chance to grow and establish your career. You’ll join our vibrant, open-plan modern office and be a part of our customer-focused People and Communications team, collaborating to support a diverse range of stakeholders across ReturnToWorkSA.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate exciting Wellbeing and Inclusion Programs: arrange events and activities aligned with the MyWellbeing Plan and Diversity & Inclusion Framework.
- Provide professional, high-quality administrative support and reporting including arranging training access to employees, preparing agendas and processing invoicing.
- Support Mental Health: Promoting Employee Assistance Program and coordinate the Mental Health First Aid team to ensure employees receive early intervention and guidance.
- Effectively communicate and manage wellbeing and inclusion initiatives, present at the Corporate Induction Program, track attendance, and measure impact.The position allows for work from home after handover and offers flexible start and finish times for the right candidate
