Description:

Reporting to the Wellbeing and Safety Manager, this exciting role is all about relationships and collaboration with Tech Park employees, students, leaders, and key stakeholders creating an environment that is safe, environmentally friendly and accident free.
The Wellbeing and Safety Advisor (Rohe 1 | Region 1) position is a permanent, full-time role and will be based from our Manukau business division. The position will support both locally and at a regional level across Rohe 1 | Region 1, which encompasses our divisions in the Tāmaki | Auckland and Te Tai Tokerau | Northland regions.
This role presents an entry level opportunity for someone who is assertive , can read the room with strong communication skills and a desire to learn. The successful applicant will be supported by a Wellbeing and Safety Manager and Advisor and the Regional who is Wellbeing and Safety Lead.

Responsibilities:
- A qualification in wellbeing and safety is desirable, and or demonstrable knowledge of wellbeing and safety gained through relevant work experience.
- Experience working in a wellbeing and safety role providing expert insight, advice and support across an organisation.
- Understanding of the vocational education sector and the recent reforms.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in particular the ability to partner with others through relationship building and influencing across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Full drivers licence
