As Wellness Specialist, you will plan and develop wellness strategies for Teleperformance Portugal, where you’ll need to apply experiential learning and research.
Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to create effective awareness strategies will also be a part of your role. Also, you will contribute to employees’ education and drive employee wellness, while enhancing mental health and keeping people engaged.

What you’ll do

• Develop & implement a program wellness strategy, leading multiple initiatives, and core processes in the site, including mental health awareness, nutrition, physical activity, etc. and maintain alignment;
• Work with key cross functional stakeholders (HR, Legal, Health & Safety) to ensure collaboration and effectiveness on annual strategy on Wellness;
• Ensure that all teams are using a consistent wellness framework;
• Focus on driving insights on wellness through strong innovation and analytics.

What you’ll need

• Fluency in English (C1 Minimum);
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, medicine, medical science, nursing or other related fields (preferred);
• Work experience in healthcare;
• Availability to work in the office three times a week;
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• MS Office proficiency.
