We are delighted to announce the recruitment of our Restaurant General Manager for our very first Wendy’s Ireland
As a Restaurant General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build strong management team who can serve as “Culture Heroes” by modeling Dave’s Values and overseeing a positive work culture which thrives on providing an exceptional service to our customers. This also includes supporting and empowering managers and team members who are empowered to go beyond typical expectations of customers in a QSR restaurant.
In this role, you will serve as a “Culture Champion” and bring this vision to life as you manage the day-to-day operations, customer experience and financial results of the restaurant. Such responsibility will require you to:
· Execute all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems
· Attain financial goals based on Annual Operating Plan
· Achieve operational and customer experience metrics
· Provide direction and coaching to the team
· Create a supporting, fun, and inviting work environment where the team is engaged, respected, and valued.
· Identify talent that can deliver Wendy’s experience
· Ensure the right people are in the right places at the right time
With the support of the District Manager (DM) , you will be responsible for establishing restaurant goals and objectives, while following all Company guidelines and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and ethical business practices.
