Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented candidate with a keen interest in business analytics to support our global Research & Development (R&D) Portfolio Reporting & Analytics group. After becoming familiar with the fundamentals of Bio-/pharma R&D and Portfolio Management, you will support our global team in developing fit-for-purpose dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for our global R&D leadership. In addition, you will ensure that our dashboards live up to the highest data quality standards and be a driving force in raising the bar even further. Moreover, you will facilitate user engagement and training to boost dashboard adoption across all hierarchy levels and functional lines of our global R&D organization. Finally, you will also support the team with operational activities, such as the preparation of team meetings and workshops. Working in our team will expose you to a variety of exciting learning opportunities in an international environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and agile group, contribute your own ideas and get to know the challenges of steering a global biopharmaceutical R&D organization.
