  Aufgaben
  Within the Data Excellence Team, you report to the Data Analytics Lead.
  As a Data & Transformation Analyst, you play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams – including IT, business experts and data analysts – and advise data analysts in analyzing data trends, creating reports that empower stakeholders to optimize performance. You will also play a key role in the ongoing data transformation by being an ambassador of business acculturation.
  In this role, your primary responsibilities include:

1. Data Culture

• Provide technical trainings & support to Data Analysts within businesses or business partners in the construction of relevant dashboards and reports
• Assist in the animation of a community of Data Analysts through content creation to be published on the dedicated knowledge management sit
• Be an ambassador of the Data Excellence Team’s activities across businesses & business partner

1. Data Governance

• Advise Data Analysts on how to implement best practices for data documentation and data quality
• Identify relevant regulations and potential impacts on analytics governance
• Advise Data Analysts on how to best monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies

1. Tools & Technologies

• Actively identify relevant tools with the aim to modernize the data analytics stack
• Take part in the testing of some of these tools and confront the usage to identified use cases

Business Expertise: Through the implementation of these activities, you will be asked to improve your knowledge of the financial sector and develop an expertise of the data challenges arising from the various businesses run by the Group.
