Zur Verstärkung unseres Personalwesens in Troisdorf sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Werkstudenten (w/m/d) im Bereich Human Resources. Eingebunden in unser lokales HR-Team, unterstützen Sie in operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen, treiben Verbesserungsprozesse aktiv voran und finden für jede Mitarbeiteranfrage die passende Lösung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie unterstützen unsere Kollegen in der Administration sowie im Tagesgeschäft
• Sie pflegen und bearbeiten Mitarbeiterdaten in unserem Zeiterfassungssystem
• Sie unterstützen bei der Aufarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Personaldokumenten sowie der Optimierung im Bereich On- und Offboarding
• Sie unterstützen bei internationalen und lokalen HR-Projekten und betreuen eigene kleinere Projekte

Ihr Profil:

• Eingeschriebener Student (w/m/d) an einer deutschen Universität/FH/TU im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Schwerpunkt
• Erste HR-Erfahrung in Form von Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Verfügbarkeit sollte 16-20h/Woche ermöglichen, mit Option auf bis zu 40h/Woche während der Semesterferien
• Möglichkeit des teilweisen Arbeitens von Zuhause
