Pay: $130,000-$150,000

  • Monthly car and cell phone allowance
  • Bonus opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideally, candidate should be located near one of our facilities in Los Angeles, CA or Seattle, WA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Sales and Business Development management experience in products to a diverse industry and customer base, ideally, including aerospace, electronics or other technical sales.
  • Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets within the aerospace or chemical industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing individuals skills and careers.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and globally as required.

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

  • Grow company revenue across all product lines and customer base.
  • Provide strong leadership, strategic direction and motivation for sales team.
  • Evaluate existing customer portfolio and conduct additional information gathering and research as needed to define the market(s) and its potential.

  • Collaborate across the organization to help remove roadblocks for direct reports and others to support meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
