• Equipment owner for wet chem tools assigned
• Lead to maintain & improve tools uptime, MBTF & inline control for fast issue detection.
• Establish maintenance troubleshooting guideline, SAP PM/Calibration & tools documentation, EMS, PM checklist, HIRAC, OCAP & FMEA.
• Manage spare part availability & spare part cost to balance tool uptime/efficiency and cost.
• Create equipment skills matrix & training documentation to improve maintenance technicians’ technical competency.
• Lead new equipment readiness for capacity expansion from procurement, hookup, installation, process qualification until release for production
• Support on wafer fab system & program such as IATF, EHS audit, Line of defense. Support on FPD development projects.
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Min. 7 years in Equipment & maintenance Engineering.
• Experience in wet chem tools (LOP, SAT, Wet Benches etc.)
• Min. 3 years in in leading technicians for preventive maintenance. Experience in leading cross functional teams.
• Skilled in wet bench, SAT & LOP tools technical knowledge, Total Productive Maintenance, Poka Yoke, FMEA, 8D problem solving, TWI.
• Professional in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Communicate and engage. Lead cross functional teams (Process, Equipment and Production) in problem solving.
