Description:
NCRI is growing stronger and is seeking a WFH Customer Service Representative/Collector to join our motivated and growing family starting November 25th, 2024. Our future colleagues will be team-oriented, performance-driven, and outside-the-box thinkers. As a CSR/Collections, you will be responsible for securing payments on early past due accounts and working with customers to ensure prompt and complete payments. Your goal will be to maintain positive customer relationships while meeting our client’s financial objectives and compliance standards.
Home Office Equipment Requirements:
- Equipment will be provided by the company
- Successful candidates will be pre-screened by our Tech Support team to ensure they meet all requirements to proceed, prior to being invited to the training.
- High-speed internet with hardwired connection from the computer to the modem. Speed should be 50 MPBS download and 20 MPBS Upload.
Requirements:
- Initiate/receive customer calls to secure payment on past-due accounts.
- Strive for a one-call resolution in negotiating best payment arrangements to help resolve customer bills and any issues that may prevent timely payments.
- Establish a solid professional relationship with customers while also answering questions related to their accounts, maintaining the best customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications, payment arrangements and account updates.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Following protocol and transferring calls when required to appropriate department.
- A background and reference check will be required.
Bring it! You’re qualified if you:
- 1+ years of Call center experience
- 1 year of Collections experience
- High School dimploma
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills in English
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proven ability to achieve targets
- Dedication to maintaining a superior customer experience
- Enthusiastic and a positive “can do” attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
