Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Confie, a leader in the service industry, is looking for bilingual agents for our Call Center in Tijuana. If you are fluent in English and Spanish and are passionate about providing quality service, we want to meet you!
JOB SUMMARY:
Home Office Customer Service Representative
Overview: In this role, you will assist clients with making appointments, setting up their products, and answering general questions related to Car Breathalyzer installations.
Schedule:Training:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment (Required)
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
DESIRED EDUCATION LEVEL:
Basic (not a requirement!)
DESIRED EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
Any experience in customer service is valid. If you’ve worked in a Call Center, even better!
