WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Are you an experienced retail leader with a strong track record in managing budgets and teams? We’re seeking a Retail Manager to oversee our large retail site, driving sales, stock distribution, and budget management.
You’ll need a Level 4 NVQ in Retail Management or equivalent, along with proven experience in achieving retail budgets, financial analysis, and managing large sites’ health & safety. Proficiency in Microsoft software and databases is essential.
Desirable experience includes charity retail, volunteer management, EPOS systems, and knowledge in areas like upcycling and visual merchandising.

We’re looking for a committed, driven leader to manage our newly opened 52,000 sq. ft. site at Whitestone Business Park, near Hereford. This bustling location includes a store, café, Donation Centre, and will soon house logistics, upcycling, online trading, and community spaces.
You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring top-notch customer service, maximizing income, and minimizing costs to support our patient care.
