Our sector is seeking a:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic analysis and successfully deliver sales targets within the wholesale and distributor accounts in the Eastern Canada geography.
- Execute a comprehensive call strategy that aligns with the wholesale objectives of the Agrico sales team.
- Position and support crop protection products with all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate & coordinate value proposition delivery.
- Facilitate the coordination of the support and sales teams to deliver on business needs.
- Coordinate customer activities to provide support & strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate the delivery of product knowledge, and positioning at the field level.
- Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the organization on product performance, program effectiveness, and competitive activity.
- Suggest improvements or alternative tactics to help achieve territory goals.
- Continue to develop professionally by remaining current with new technologies and sales management tools and tactics.
This position can be located anywhere in Eastern Canada.
