Information

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic analysis and successfully deliver sales targets within the wholesale and distributor accounts in the Eastern Canada geography.
  • Execute a comprehensive call strategy that aligns with the wholesale objectives of the Agrico sales team.
  • Position and support crop protection products with all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate & coordinate value proposition delivery.
  • Facilitate the coordination of the support and sales teams to deliver on business needs.
  • Coordinate customer activities to provide support & strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate the delivery of product knowledge, and positioning at the field level.
  • Understand customer needs and provide feedback to the organization on product performance, program effectiveness, and competitive activity.
  • Suggest improvements or alternative tactics to help achieve territory goals.
  • Continue to develop professionally by remaining current with new technologies and sales management tools and tactics.
    This position can be located anywhere in Eastern Canada.
