ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a new position to help fully embed key WHS practices and systems with the opportunity to make it your own and have an impact on vital aspects within WHS contractor management. Working closely with the Contract Management, Legal and Environment teams, you will have the chance to establish and deliver key safety system improvements as well as coach, guide and support employees and manage changes.

Your ability to train, coach and guide others with new systems is crucial to your success in this role. Your experience will also include:

• Strong relationship building and stakeholder engagement,
• Experience writing contract specifications,
