To facilitate and implement the organisations plan to deliver meaningful engagement acrosseducation and the communities we serve across North Tyneside to raise aspirations, improvecareer awareness, and promotion of the range of careers and routes into employment whichbenefits our communities, the Trusts and partner organisations. To improve the use of digital platforms to improve engagement and accessibility of ourwidening participation initiatives. To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of acollective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistentleadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching topromote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working andcollaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries
