• Manage and oversee probate cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Draft Wills and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and estate planners, to facilitate smooth case management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled.
• Assist and mentor junior fee earners and support staff when required.
