Title: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist - Winchester
Location: Clayton, MO
Salary: $83,000 - $110,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available up to 1 day remote per week
Relocation Available
Focus: This position engages with the full talent acquisition cycle and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and offering, as well as working to improve applicant flow and diversity outreach efforts. This role is aligned with the Corporate Talent Acquisition and Compliance team and will support Olin’s Winchester locations.

HUMAN RESOURCES TALENT SPECIALIST MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree*; Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law, or Business-related discipline strongly preferred
• 3+ years related human resources generalist or talent acquisition experience
• Manufacturing/industrial environment experience strongly preferred
• Work experience with an OFCCP regulated employer and/or in – depth knowledge of OFCCP regulations strongly preferred
• Excellent client relationship skills. Able to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners and be a visible representative of Olin
• Ability to handle competing priorities and multi-task efficiently
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time based on home location and possess a valid US driver’s license
