SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Valid drivers license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Must be able to pass a pre-employment testing (physical and drug)
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Previous window experience preferred

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age or older + clean motor vehicle record
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (physical, drug, alcohol)
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Minimally must be able to lift >50 pounds without assistance

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Window Service Technician position is responsible for performing maintenance and customer support to diagnose issues with window and patio door materials. The window service technician provides quality customer service and performs repairs and services in a timely, professional manner.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot various window and patio door parts/products
Perform maintenance and provide customer support
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
Provide quality customer service and communication
Other duties as assigned
