OVERVIEW:
We are looking for at least 2 experienced Windows Engineers, to be a part of the team specializing in a few enterprise customers, that have complex solutions with a high focus on customer intimacy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 4 years of experience as a Windows Engineer/Admin.
- Knowledge of Powershell scripting.
- Knowledge of VMware & Hyper-V and Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following areas/tools:
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets within the Client ticket system
- On-prem Windows server maintenance and lifecycle management
- Azure Windows server maintenance and lifecycle management
- VMware and Hyper-V maintenance and lifecycle management
- Development of existing customer services according to the Client Service Catalog
- Project & changes: Involved in smaller projects towards customers, including implementation of new features and services.
- Maintain and develop documentation for customer solutions.
