Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback from stakeholders (member firm/geos Leadership and SMEs) to improve product functionality and adapt to local needs.
- Product Development: Contribute to the development of new products and features, ensuring alignment on vision, design, and functionality with Deloitte’s stakeholders.
- Product Governance: Contribute to the development of product governance to ensure compliance with Deloitte requirements.
- Communication: Create and deliver effective communications to keep all stakeholders informed about product processes, benefits, and timelines. Ensure that communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with product goals.
- Collaboration: Coordinate activities and foster a collaborative environment between internal teams and member firms/geos to ensure ultimate success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies with our internal teams to mitigate these risks.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of product delivery. Use feedback and data to drive necessary adjustments and improvements
