Windscreen Technician

We are looking for a confident and experienced mobile Windscreen Technician to replace vehicle windscreens, door glass etc.
The role would require some travel to and from jobs as well as collect glassing from the nearest depot. You would work off of a tablet to view/complete your job tasks, once all jobs have been completed, your day is finished. Note, some windscreens weigh over 30 kilograms, so it does require some heavy lifting, if a two man team is not available. Completing heavier windscreens for trucks/lorries, does include a bonus pay. We also offer call out and overtime for additional pay.
Training is not something that would be offered, so experience is compulsory.
The hours of work would be from 8am to 5pm.

• Install and replace windscreens using appropriate hand and power tools, ensuring precision and quality.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs.
• Perform heavy lifting to handle and position windscreens safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.

  Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
