Windshield Repair Technician - Commission + Tips

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality repairs on chipped or cracked windshields using industry-standard techniques and materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Assess the extent of damage to windshields and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs in a timely manner while maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure that repaired windshields meet quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in windshield repair and/or sales preferred.
• Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment, and knowledge of repair techniques.
• Ability to quickly assess windshield damage and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of windshield repair services.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle to get to and from work with your tent and tools

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
