REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in wine sales or retail preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wine varieties, regions, and tasting notes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a passionate Wine Sales Assistant to join our team in our Avoca Ballsbridge store. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, showcase extensive wine knowledge, and ensure a memorable experience for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer expert guidance on wine selection based on customer preferences.
• Educate customers on wine pairings, regions, and tasting notes.
• Manage stock and ensure the wine section is attractively displayed.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and sales transactions.
• Engage customers warmly and professionally to build lasting relationships.
