Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the restaurant environment is always safe for both team members and guests.
  • Ensure staff are providing the guest with a positive, long-lasting impression of the Wingstop experience and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Resolve low level guest issues with efficiency and a positive attitude.
  • Submit product orders, take daily inventory, and proper system documentation.
  • Implement and monitor shift supervisor development and performance improvement plans and ensure performance plans are written and executed as needed.
  • Maintain operational standards and requirements in the restaurant; identify and communicate maintenance problems to the facilities department and/or DM.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing restaurant team.
  • Ensure all risk management issues follow company standards.
  • Ensure completion of all AM set-up/PM closing checklists and procedures.
  • Handle all orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner and provide top quality product to all guests.
  • Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your team. Lead by example.
  • Knowledgeable about the menu and being able to coach staff and supervisors to suggest and/or upsell to guests.
  • Maintain food quality control and manage productivity at all times.
  • Ensure food is handled safely and procedures are always followed by staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product and coach on procedural changes.
  • Manage cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
  • Open communication with DM of all safety, sanitation, or team member issues.
  • Ability to execute Local Store Marketing - LSM
