Our High-Performance team are looking for Group Coaches to join our dynamic crew for Winter 2025. Our winter season runs from June to October, so this position will start in June at the earliest.
If you’re an expert in Pipe and Park disciplines and have a passion for coaching, this opportunity is for you!
Your responsibilities will include providing coaching, guidance, and support to athletes, ensuring their safety, and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders. You’ll elevate the skill levels of athletes, according to their abilities and goals, within our tailored programs.

This is a varied role, which encapsulates the following responsibilities within the High-Performance coaching position, to provide an elevated experience for our guests and athletes:

• Group Coach
• Private Coach
• Stand in Coach
• Staff Van driver
• Trampoline trainer
• Snowsport School Instructor
• On-and-off-snow administrative tasks

On occasion, there will be a requirement to travel with athletes to other ski areas as part of your coaching position.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED INCLUDE:

• At least 3 years in a ski coaching role
• Snowsport industry-specific coaching qualifications
• Proven experience in coaching groups of various ages and skill levels
• Advanced knowledge of coaching, training plans, relevant exercises, skill acquisition, development, technical requirements, and coaching methodologies
• Knowledge of international training practices
