This is an exciting opportunity at Cardrona for experienced Ski Patrollers to join our team for the 2025 winter season!
Are you a qualified and experienced Ski Patroller ready for the next winter adventure? We’re currently seeking dedicated individuals to help guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience on the mountain slopes.

In this role you will work as part of a team to ensure all necessary precautions are taken to maintain guest safety, and be responsible for the opening & closing of terrain across the resort in collaboration with the Mountain Manager, Grooming, Maintenance & Lift teams.

• New Zealand Avalanche Risk Management Stage 6 or is on the pathway working towards this qualification.
• New Zealand PHEC (Pre-Hospital Emergency Care) or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience in a mountain patrol role
• First Responder Course and/or PHEC certification or equivalent
• Possession of Approved Handler/Explosives Use qualification is advantageous
