  • Currently enrolled – You must be enrolled in a Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering program.
  • Interest in manufacturing – A background in manufacturing, welding, or metallurgy is a plus.
  • Project management skills – A desire to develop skills in project management and lean methodologies.
  • Attention to detail – Strong skills in interpreting engineered drawings and multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Eagerness to learn – You bring excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a great attitude and eagerness to learn.
