The Oxbridge Summer Scholar (OSS) team is seeking a dedicated and organized Programme Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running and successful delivery of our summer programmes. JOB DESCRIPTION: WINTER SCHOOL PROGRAMME MANAGER
We are currently seeking for Programme Manager to join the 2-week programme in December. It’s a full-time position, including working weekends/bank holidays and availability in evenings:

- End: 20-Dec-2024
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience working with high school students preferable
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for enhanced DBS.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for smooth running of programmes, in liaison with Head of Programme Development
- Resident in college for all weeks of each programme plus an additional preparation day; eating meals in college with students and supervisors.
- Preparation of signage for college, and badges for students and tutors.
- Management of resident supervisors
- Supervision of student arrivals and departures (with supervisors)
- Liaison with College conference team over revision of student numbers, rooming changes, classroom and IT provision.
- Overall responsibility for safeguarding of students and student behaviour
- Recording of roll call of student attendance at all classes (supervisors take roll call and report to Programme Manager)
- Taking initiative to deal with situations such as student illness; travel issues etc
- Support for visiting tutors including welcoming tutors on arrival; ensuring tutors arrive in good time and are shown to classrooms; taking tutors to lunch/dinner; collecting and recording feedback on student engagement.
- Printing out of end-of-programme certificates for students.
- Contact point for parents/guardians
- 24 hour emergency contact for students
