It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:

• Responsible for providing coordination and administration support to complete recruitment process including pre-screening Applicant Tracking System (ATS) candidates for prospective roles, collecting and validating new hire documentation and coordinating /tracking Contingent workers with recruitment agencies
• Creating and accountable for running regular recruitment activity reports, reviewing and analyzing and interpreting data to share with TA team; sets up and maintains spreadsheets for tracking and scheduling processes
• Identifies opportunities to build and improve on various existing processes, programs and current standards that directly impact recruitment activities in the business
• Develops external network and keeps up to date with recruitment trends in the marketplace
• Planning and supporting with campus recruitment events
• Assists and participates on special projects as assigned
