Responsibilities:

The Wire Operations Business Leader (Lead Business Execution Consultant) will have responsibility to support the Head of Wire Operations in managing an organization by leading strategic planning, development of accountability routines, performance metrics, budget forecasting and preparing executive presentations. This role is expected to be filled by an individual able to independently make decisions, define approach, organize priorities, manage key stakeholders and communicate at senior levels of the organization. In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams in Wires to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives and ensure successful planning, integration, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility to senior management.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses, domestically and in I&P, and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
  • Prepare materials for executive reviews with focus on measurements, data insights and storytelling by consolidating inputs from multiple groups into one consistent deliverable for Wire Operations.
  • Responsible for the oversight of management routines, periodic submission to cabinets and oversight routines to ensure achievement of strategic goals.
  • Recommend opportunities for process improvement, and delivery of effective management support routines, management reporting and metrics including capacity planning.
  • Escalation support between domestic and I&P locations. Gather data, trends, and analysis to drive continuous improvements to improve Straight-through processing rates for wires.
  • Monitor site level quality results against target and KRIs, monitor site level productivity results against targets. Participate in planning for productivity and quality targets. Partner with onshore and I&P leaders to ensure consistency in delivery and reporting.
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group’s functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
