Description:
AT&T WIRELESS RETAIL STORE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two plus years of retail wireless management experience
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Must have the ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
- Must thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and wireless retail systems
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
- Inspiring your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
- Utilizing professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
- Taking initiative and striving and creating results
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
- Speak effectively before customers or Team Members of the organization whether individually or in groups.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including but not limited to, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store
- Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements
- Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and control inventory and cash shrink
- Recruit, train and develop high performing Sales Advocates
- Discipline Sales Advocates as necessary and in conformance with Company policies and procedures
- Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge
- Assure that store operates in full compliance with AT&T and Company requirements for merchandising and other requirements
- Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Area Sales Leader regarding local competition and product/service needs
- Ensure an extraordinary customer experience
- Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis
- Work evenings, weekends and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule ( any hours worked MUST be reflected on the published schedule and approved by your supervisor).
- Store Managers are scheduled 40 hrs/wk, 8 hrs/day, on average.
