Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of a high-school diploma or equivalent, with minimum one (1) year customer service experience. Sales experience is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and customers.
- Comfortable with technology; able to keep up to date with various product knowledge and services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory and procedures.
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem resolution skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and effectiveness with changing environments, tasks, responsibilities and people.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks supporting the Wireless B2B Sales Department. This individual will be responsible for assisting the our B2B team members with the fulfilment of sales orders and providing the white glove service our customers have come to expect. Tasks will include reviewing and prioritizing sales orders with the B2B team, ensuring complete and accurate information. Preparing orders with our Inventory Manager and B2B team members, entering device and accessory information, prepping orders for shipment. Recording and updating customer information in the CRM daily. Providing account related reports and sharing new product reports with customers. Assisting the B2B team with sales presentations, trade shows and product demonstration. Coordinating customer training as necessary and advising on use and care of merchandise. This opportunity has the potential to become a permanent position.
