Description:
Accountabilities
- Understand network issues and applications
- Able to troubleshoot via telephone or any other video conference tool with customer engineers
- Must have customer service soft skills
- Perform hardware baseline configurations verification
- Execute validation scripts on alarmed hardware
Perform health check on all the hardware and software componentsPerform troubleshooting steps on customer network issue.
Qualifications
Required
- Provide in-depth technical log analysis, check network configuration, and support customer as needed
- General understanding Wireless Cellular/Mobile Technology
- General understanding of standard networking protocols
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide 24/7 support as needed for commercial Network outages and network performance issues
Strong and detailed analytical abilities and technical writing skillsStrong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Desired
- Understanding of 4G or 5G network architecture
- Some experience with RF developments
