Executive Assistant (CDMX) at BairesDev
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support different Managers at BairesDev. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, resourceful, and with significant initiative. He/she should be able to juggle multiple tasks, with great attention to detail. What You Will Do:

  • Provide general support for Top Management in Mexico, the US, Argentina, and Spain, assisting both in labor and personal matters.
  • Manage and coordinate personal trips.
  • Support with immigration documentation and international relocation.
  • Research and analyze suppliers in different parts of the world.
  • Facilitate decision-making.
  • Coordinate agenda and plan events.
  • Budgets, purchases, and refunds.
  • Household administration and home organization projects.
  • Digital organizing.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments.
  • Expense reports.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in similar positions, including assisting leaders and/or C-level executives.
  • Availability to work after hours in cases of emergency.
  • Availability to travel (and sometimes with short notice).

  • CDMX resident and expert - someone who knows the city well.

  • Discretion and absolute reserve in the face of confidential or private matters.

Desirable:

  • Travel planning experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with translation (both written and simultaneous).
