Staffing Partner at BairesDev
We are seeking a Staffing Partner to strategically analyze our existing pool of vetted candidates to staff IT business opportunities successfully. You will bridge Client Services/Sales and the Talent Acquisition team.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and fill job openings, selecting high-quality candidates and adhering to deadlines.
  • Review and filter candidates in the pipeline according to specific parameters and guidelines.
  • Continuously update and maintain job openings to ensure they are accurate and current.
  • Write detailed candidate summaries and edit resumes to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication with Clients, Client Services, and Sales to ensure a smooth staffing process.

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • Experience as an IT recruiter interested in back-office and client-facing roles.
  • Analytical ability, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience as a Staffing Analyst for IT profiles is a plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
