Talent Representative Leader at BairesDev
We are looking for a Talent Representative Leader to join our HR team. This professional will be responsible for leading the team responsible for contacting candidates of various profiles required by BairesDev and its clients and engaging them in the company’s selection process. We are looking for proactive, dynamic individuals and team players with strong organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with strong attention to detail. What you will do:
- Develop the Talent Representative strategy and collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Manage the process of contacting candidates and adding them to our pipeline.
- Share data with the recruiting and staffing team.
- Prioritize various requests from the recruiting and staffing team.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 7+ years of IT recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing teams.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to constant change.
- Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques (a plus)
- Knowledge of headhunting in the IT industry is a plus.
- Advanced level of English.
