We’re seeking a passionate and experienced professional to develop and implement the Psychosocial Risk Management Framework for Hunter New England Health. Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed implementation plan for the Psychosocial Risk Management Framework.
- Lead its rollout across the organisation, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, providing consultation, facilitating discussions, training and influencing outcomes.
- Drive strategic initiatives to align the framework with organisational goals.
- Solve complex problems with innovative and practical solutions
