Responsibilities:

Reporting to the SALHN WHS & IM Services Manager this role you will play a crucial role in provision of administrative support to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and promoting a proactive safety culture throughout our organisation.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the WHSIM team.
  • Perform general office duties, including scanning, photocopying, filing, and managing correspondence and stationery supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and asset inventories.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Work, Health & Safety Committees and to contribute to planning, policy, and procedure development & review under the direction of the WHSIM Manager.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as processing accounts/invoices, ordering supplies, and managing cab charge e-tickets.
  • Support training and event records, manage schedules and calendars, and coordinate resources for stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and provide backup support for other administrative roles as needed.
