Description:

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1+ years of Workfront configuration and/or implementation experience.
  • 1+ years of software implementation experience.
  • The ability to translate business challenges into solution design options in Workfront and across the Adobe suite.
  • An analytically sharp eye and appreciation of when details matter.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A drive to support business teams untangle complex challenges.
  • Experience of working on high-pressure challenges within a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Optima Partners is a forward-thinking professional services firm on an exciting growth trajectory. As we expand from 50 to 200 employees over the next two years, we are strengthening our team and are now looking for Work Management Consultants (Workfront). In this role, you’ll help our clients improve their content, marketing, and communication workflows. Your expertise will streamline processes, ensure smooth collaboration and maximize the value of work management solutions.
You’ll work closely with our engagement leads, along with client teams across marketing, creative, IT, and operations to design solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Additionally, you’ll advise business teams, providing insights and recommendations to unlock opportunities in the content supply chain. By aligning technology with business goals, you’ll help clients become more agile and competitive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support design, strategy and transformation projects within multi-disciplinary consulting engagements.
  • Develop, test and evolve new design methodologies to differentiate us in the market.
  • Actively manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring promises are met and building sustainable partnerships.
  • Identify and realize opportunities to deepen engagement with existing clients and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support Optima in establishing and scaling the business through thought leadership.
  • Craft compelling deliverables that provide tangible outcomes and benefits.
  • Master the art of storytelling to resonate with clients and prospects.
  • Constantly challenge conventional thinking to explore problems in new ways.
