We are looking for people who:

• Have experience of playing a central, strategic role within bidding teams, and of work collaboratively with others under pressure
• Have private and public procurement practices, and preferably regulations in the Portfolio area.
• Understand how to manage a pipeline of Strategic Major Opportunities, subject to rapid change
• Have sufficient technical and commercial detail to be able to recognise the key risks and opportunities involve in each pursuit or bid.
